材料: 西芹1条, 青椒半个, 白玉苦瓜1/4条, 青瓜1/4条, 青萍果半个, 蜜糖少少. 将所有材料洗净, 去核, 榨汁. 如果受不了西芹/青椒的味精可以减少, 想甜用红萍果, 我自己就觉得用青萍果最好, 酸酸地好开胃. 好处:  因为蔬果有很多抗氧化物, 可对抗自由基的入侵, 而且纤维素可助肠道健康, 令体内多余的毒素排出, 而且又可以降低胆固醇, 令身体血管循环得到改善.
